Our team

Our strength lies in our individuality. Jimbell Consulting Group brings together the best brains in cloud architecture, software engineering, cybersecurity, and data and analytics, paired with consultants who think like builders and act like owners.

Promise Morka is a Software Developer specializing in building scalable, data-driven web applications using Angular, ASP.NET MVC, and PostgreSQL. He holds a Master’s in Civil & Structural Engineering from Coventry University and completed the Springboard Software Engineering Career Track. Combining analytical precision with technical expertise, Promise delivers efficient, high-impact software solutions. He designs and ships production-grade systems with clean architectures (domain-driven design, RESTful APIs), automated testing (xUnit, Jest), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) that shorten release cycles while improving reliability. Promise leverages tooling such as .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, RxJS, Docker, and PostgreSQL/SQL Server, instrumented with logging and telemetry (Serilog, Application Insights) and performance tuning (query optimization, caching) to meet demanding SLAs.

At AECOM, he has contributed to multi-tenant, data-rich platforms that integrate geospatial and analytics workflows, improving stakeholder visibility and decision speed. He collaborates across product, UX, and data teams to turn requirements into maintainable code, leads code reviews to raise quality bars, and hardens apps with secure auth patterns (OAuth2/OIDC, role-based access) and OWASP-aligned practices. Promise is passionate about mentoring teammates, refining delivery through Agile and Scrum, and embedding quality gates (linting, static analysis, test coverage) so teams can scale features confidently and deliver measurable impact.

Babatunde Salako is a results-driven Cloud Security and Infrastructure Engineer with experience designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable AWS environments. He specializes in cloud security architecture, automation, and compliance. Building systems that align with business goals while reducing risk. With a Master’s in Information Technology (Systems Engineering) and a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland, Babatunde holds top industry certifications, including AWS Solutions Architect Professional and CompTIA Security+. He has enhanced enterprise security postures at organizations such as NAVA PBC, Prosphere TEK, Pragmatics, and Discovery Communications, leveraging tools like AWS Security Hub, IAM, GuardDuty, Nessus, KMS, Config, Terraform, and Splunk to automate controls, detect threats, and ensure continuous compliance with NIST, CIS, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS frameworks. Babatunde is passionate about developing resilient cloud systems, automating security processes, and integrating security into DevOps workflows to protect data, accelerate delivery, and maintain regulatory confidence.

He designs secure multi-account landing zones with least privilege access, private networking, and encryption by default. Delivery is codified with Terraform and CloudFormation, with CI and CD pipelines that include policy checks, image scanning, and drift detection. Operations are instrumented with CloudWatch, Config, Security Hub, and Splunk for unified monitoring and rapid incident response, while backup and cross Region replication validate business continuity and audit readiness.

Gbenga Olaolorun is a seasoned Data Architect and Technology leader with a strong record of supporting government programs and enterprise modernization initiatives. He currently leads the design and implementation of secure, scalable data ecosystems under federal contracts, leveraging cloud infrastructure for data and AI-driven analytics to optimize mission-critical operations. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and former military officer, Gbenga brings a disciplined, leadership-focused approach to technical execution and team development. He holds a Master’s in Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Postgraduate Diploma in AI/Machine Learning from the University of Texas at Austin. His work bridges data engineering, applied AI, and cloud strategy to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions for public sector and enterprise clients.

He designs modern lakehouse and ELT platforms with Databricks, Spark, dbt, and Airflow on Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery, enforcing data quality and lineage with Great Expectations and governed catalogs. Gbenga productionizes AI with MLflow and SageMaker or Azure ML, focusing on forecasting, anomaly detection, and NLP with monitoring for drift, performance, and cost. He embeds security and compliance using IAM least privilege, KMS encryption, and Terraform policy as code aligned to NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP. For decision support, he delivers clear dashboards in Power BI and Tableau and sets measurable SLAs, data freshness targets, and pipeline success rates so teams can trust and act on their data.

Ibrahim Olukose is an accomplished operations leader with a strong foundation in geology and energy management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Technology and a Master’s in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University, UK.

With experience spanning environmental compliance, energy operations, and strategic management, Ibrahim has led teams in optimizing processes, improving regulatory performance, and driving sustainable growth. His leadership blends technical insight with business acumen, focusing on operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and long-term value creation. As Chief Operating Officer, he is committed to building resilient systems and delivering measurable results in dynamic, high-impact environments.

He builds clear operating models that tie strategy to execution, using OKRs, KPI dashboards, and a living library of SOPs and RACIs to align teams and reduce cycle time. Delivery is structured through a light PMO, Agile cadences, and risk registers that make issues visible early and keep projects on cost, on schedule, and in scope. Ibrahim strengthens business hygiene across finance operations, procurement, and vendor management, introducing budget discipline, rolling forecasts, and measurable SLAs. He elevates quality and safety with audit-ready processes, HSE awareness, and business continuity playbooks, while tools like Jira or Asana for work management and Power BI for reporting give leaders timely insight to decide faster and deliver consistent outcomes.

Azeez Olukose is the CEO and Director of Cybersecurity at Jimbell Consulting Group, overseeing delivery for government and commercial clients across cloud, data, software, and security. He turns senior-leader objectives into executable initiatives through disciplined planning, cross-functional governance, and decision-grade reporting.

Previously, he ran end-to-end program orchestration de-risking delivery via technical analysis and compliance reviews, establishing repeatable cadences, and unifying workstreams on a single schedule. He built a cyber-effects and risk register that linked KPIs and outcome measures to executive needs, and led full-lifecycle simulations mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, producing playbooks that shortened timelines and improved readiness. As a data lead, he automated pipelines and dashboards, delivered zero-error recurring runs, improved reporting efficiency by 40%, and cut monthly report development time by 80% with R, PowerShell, Cognos, and Tableau.

Technically, he architects on AWS, Azure, and GCP, embeds zero-trust controls, and operationalizes DevSecOps with automation and continuous compliance (NIST). His experience includes SIEM integration (Splunk, SolarWinds), endpoint/network defense, and adversary emulation. He holds an M.S. in Information Systems, a B.S. in Computer Networks & Cybersecurity, and a B.S. in Economics. He’s passionate about building secure, repeatable systems that turn strategy into measurable outcomes and about mentoring teams to deliver with clarity, speed, and accountability. Certifications include CASP+ (SecurityX), CySA+, Security+, CCNA, and Network+
